Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Naturally Awear™ strives to offer products of the highest quality.

Because we strive to use mainly natural materials, the colors, shapes + lengths of some gemstones + crystals + other materials may vary, giving them a collectively unique, natural appearance.

While we typically include all materials that are known to be used in each piece, there are times when we use beads + components of unknown origin + material, and/or adaptively reuse materials, including vintage components, + cannot be certain of their composition + origin. Adaptively reusing materials into our creative offerings is an eco-conscious way to breath new life into well-loved pieces that may otherwise have been discarded or underutilized.

If you have known allergies to any metals, we do not recommend you wear our products. We are happy to work with you to create pieces with materials to which you are not sensitive. Please email us to discuss.

Also, please know that we love learning about the history, lore + meaning of crystals + gemstones. We find it interesting, meaningful + uplifting, + this is the reason this information (which comes from a variety of sources) is shared with you. We create our pieces with intention. Of course, any healing gemstone + crystal meanings + information found on Naturally Awear's online shop, social media accounts, labels/tags, printed and/or published materials, etc., are not prescriptions and are not provided as healthcare advice or to replace medical information or instruction.
