Naturally Awear creates each piece with intention. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and some are made to order. 

All handcrafted pieces are created with great attention to quality + design. 

Because naturally awear uses mainly natural materials + handcrafts its pieces, the colors, shapes + lengths of some gemstones + materials may vary, giving them a collectively unique, natural appearance. 

Please note that at times naturally awear adaptively reuses materials to create offerings as an eco-conscious way to breathe new life into well-loved pieces that may otherwise have been discarded or underutilized. Reusing materials, including vintage components, does not always allow for a certainty of the composition + origin of these materials; therefore, it is not recommended that you wear naturally awear's products if you have known allergies or are sensitive to metals + other materials used in jewelry making. Naturally Awear is always happy to work with you to create pieces with materials to which you are not sensitive! 

Please allow up to 10 days for the creation of all custom orders (prior to shipping). You will be notified when your item has shipped. Please note that each custom piece is final sale + is not eligible for return or exchange.

 Shipping

Within the United States, Naturally Awear offers a flat rate for shipping of $4.00 per order for USPS First Class Mail. 

You will receive a notification that your order has shipped along with your order's tracking number. The USPS First Class delivery time is estimated to be 1-3 business days; however, Naturally Awear cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within this timeframe. Please contact us at naturallyawear@comcast.net, if you need to make special arrangements for shipping. 

You are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are in the Charleston, SC, area + would like to arrange drop-off/pick up of your order, please email us at naturallyawear@comcast.net PRIOR to placing your purchase. We will be happy to meet you at a convenient location within 10 miles of the East Bay Street US Post Office (557 East Bay Street, Charleston, SC 29403).

Returns + Exchanges

Not 100% happy with your purchase?
Naturally Awear wants you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you open your package from Naturally Awear and are not 100% happy with it, please email me immediately to let me know ~ at naturallyawear@comcast.net. I will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Naturally Awear will accept unworn, unused returns accompanied by an original receipt within 10 days after delivery and will refund you the cost of the item. However, after the 10-day period expires, Naturally Awear cannot accept any returns or offer any refunds on these items. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase. Please pack your return item securely + return your order with an insured, trackable courier + retain your shipping receipt. Items returned in any other condition will not be processed for a refund.

Naturally Awear is not responsible for returned items damaged or lost during shipping ~ Naturally Awear does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned merchandise.

Naturally Awear cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items.

Naturally Awear is unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items + reserves the sole right to determine if an item has been returned in it's original condition.

Custom pieces are final sale + are not eligible for return or exchange.

Repairs
Naturally Awear understands that handcrafted pieces are fragile and may break. If an item you purchased from Naturally Awear is damaged or does happen to break within 30 days of purchase, contact Allie immediately at naturallyawear@comcast.net.  I will repair items within 30 days of purchase. Naturally Awear is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. 

Naturally Awear reserves the right to replace any broken pieces with a complementary style + material, if there is not a similar material in stock. Unfortunately, Naturally Awear cannot replace broken or lost pendants and/or beads. 

All Returns
• All returns must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase receipt. 

• Naturally Awear cannot offer refunds on any worn or used items. 

• Returns are accepted only on unworn, unused items that fall within the 10 days of delivery period.

• Item(s) returned within 10 days of delivery must be received in the same condition as you received them. 

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase.

If your return is approved for a refund, your refund will be processed in a timely manner.

• You are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Naturally Awear uses USPS, and the price listed for shipping applies to USPS.

• You should consider trackable shipping service and should consider purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Naturally Awear cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
