Pyrite (from the Greek word “pyr” which means fire) has been called “Fool’s Gold” due to its glittering golden hues*

It’s a stone of wealth, abundance, prosperity, good luck + motivation + has been used to create a shield against negative energy*

During a Celtic Magick + crystal course, we students were told that Pyrite is a stone of Abundance + aids in making good financial decisions* We were also instructed to encourage the flow of abundance into our lives by forming a grid in the Southwest quadrant of our homes, placing Pyrite in the center of the grid + surrounding it with 8 Green Aventurine crystals*
